Job Description

The Jewelry Assembler/ Jewelry Designer is responsible for the make and repair of beaded jewelry. The right candidate will have knowledge of beading and creating beaded jewelry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Handcraft all beaded Jewelry
Assemble customized pieces or create many products that follow the same design specifications using your hands and/or hand tools to do basic assembly on jewelry
Ability to restore old or damaged jewelry, adjust already-created jewelry for size or customize jewelry
Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

One year experience in jewelry production preferred but not required -will train the right candidate
High school or college graduate
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability
Eager to learn new skills
